You can share an entire space or a single page, with a person or a group. The free plan shares read-only; paid plans add edit and admin grants. Pages inherit their space, so access stays predictable as the tree grows, and you can keep a private subtree inside a space the rest of the team can see. You can also publish a read-only public link, or publish a whole space as a public documentation site.

Yes. Import Markdown, HTML, DOCX, TXT, CSV and XLSX files, or drop in a .zip export from a tool like Notion or Confluence — the archive’s folder structure becomes a nested page tree, so your hierarchy survives the move.

Any page exports to PDF, Markdown, DOCX or HTML, and an entire space exports as a zip with every page converted. There is no export paywall and no proprietary format holding your content — pages are stored as structured JSON and come out as open formats.

The Android app is on Google Play, and the web app installs from your browser as a PWA. A desktop app for macOS and Windows — adding a menu-bar icon and a system-wide capture shortcut — is built and being prepared for release; the download page shows its current status. There is no iOS app yet, but you can add the web app to your iPhone Home Screen from Safari.

Partly, and it is worth being precise: recently opened pages stay readable offline in the installed web app, but editing offline is not supported yet — changes need a connection to save. If fully offline, local-first editing is essential to you, that is a real limitation today.
